Foundation for the 100th Anniversary of the Korean Church

Foundation for the 100th Anniversary of the Korean Church (“100th Anniversary Foundation”) is an interdenominational founded through a collective effort by Christians of all church denominations (20 denominations and 26 church organizations), led by beloved Pastor Han Kyung-Chik, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Korean church and develop the vision for the second century of Korean Christianity.

The 100th Anniversary Foundation successfully held a commemorative conference to remember the 100th Anniversary of the Korean Christianity. Moreover, the Foundation restored the Yanghwajin Foreign Missionary Cemetery, where missionaries who spread the gospel in Korea lay, to be considered as one of the best historical places for Korean Christianity. The Korean Christian Martyrs’ Memorial Hall has been constructed in Yongin city of Gyeonggi Province to remember and pass on the faith of martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect the Korean church.
